You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without providing any reason.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day of the conclusion of the contract.

To exercise the right of withdrawal within the period, it is sufficient for you to send the notification of your intention to withdraw before the withdrawal period expires.

Effects of Withdrawal:

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (except for the additional costs arising from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day we receive your notification of withdrawal from this contract. We will carry out the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.

If you requested that the services begin during the withdrawal period, you must pay us an amount that is proportional to the services already provided up to the point at which you informed us of your exercise of the right of withdrawal with respect to this contract, compared to the total scope of services provided for in the contract.

Special notes on the early expiration of the right of withdrawal:

Your right of withdrawal expires early if we have fully provided the service and began the performance of the service only after you gave your explicit consent, and at the same time confirmed your knowledge that you will lose your right of withdrawal once we have fully fulfilled the contract.
